We are thrilled to announce the appointment of TJ Bross, Amanda Geraghty, Tim Meyer, and Lora Wattelet to our board of directors! BCI board members are eligible to serve two consecutive three-year terms.
TJ Bross is the Chief Operating Officer for etrailer and a 2001 graduate of the University of Missouri-Columbia, where he earned a degree in Finance and Real Estate. Bross is committed to community impact and supporting organizations aligned with his values. As a parent of a son who lives with special needs, TJ understands the critical importance of advocating for inclusivity, accessibility, and support for individuals with disabilities.
Amanda Geraghty is the Area Sales Director for the Central U.S. for the State and Local Government and Education Division at World Wide Technology (WWT). She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management from Maryville University and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University. Geraghty also serves as a Mentor for the WWT Leadership Program and is a member of the ABLE Employee Resource Group.
Tim Meyer is the Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at People’s Bank & Trust Co. and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Maryville University. With a personal connection to developmental disabilities through his sister, Meyer is dedicated to supporting BCI’s mission to provide employment and personal growth opportunities for individuals with disabilities.
Lora Wattelet is a Special Education Site Coordinator at Troy Buchanan High School, with 25 years of experience in Special Education and post-secondary transition. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale and a Master of Arts in Education from Lindenwood University. Wattelet has served in various educational roles, including co-teacher, self-contained special education teacher, and transition coordinator, and was a Missouri Transition Liaison for the Heart of Missouri.

The newly appointed directors succeed outgoing board members Carolyn Balfany, Rich Hollander, Cindy Mebruer, and Tom Muzzey, whose terms concluded on June 30.
In addition to the four new directors, BCI appointed Board Effect Implementation Specialist Sylviann Schilling, Anew Transport Chief Financial Officer Colton Kruep, and True Manufacturing Engineering Project Manager Ken Talley to its board committees. The three are serving on the Employment Services, Development, and Operations Committees, respectively.
