BCI Lincoln County Open House is October 15th

(September 30, 2025) Boone Center, Inc. (BCI) will host an open house on Wednesday, October 15, from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. at its Lincoln County facility, located at 245 College Campus Drive, Moscow Mills, MO 63362.

Guests will enjoy a guided tour of BCI’s organizational employment program and have the opportunity to meet with the nonprofit’s Competitive Employment and Skills Center vocational training teams. These teams help individuals with disabilities achieve and maintain competitive, integrated jobs in the community.

As one of Missouri’s largest employment service providers for people with disabilities, BCI operates contract packaging facilities in St. Charles and Moscow Mills, employing 230 individuals. The organization also provides programs that support another 125 individuals working in the community.

BCI also partners with inclusive-minded businesses to create job opportunities. Currently, seven companies participate in the Skills Center vocational training program by directly hiring BCI trainees. Another 50 businesses regularly hire BCI candidates who are exploring career options and looking for the right employment fit.
