
Summer Production Line Worker, St. Peters
We are currently hiring Production Line Workers for our summer program. This position is at our St. Peters facility for the summer season only. We are a climate-controlled environment. The hours are between 24 (minimum) – 40 (maximum) per week, Monday through Friday. Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 7am – 3:30pm and Friday, 6am – 2:30pm. Our pay rate is $14.00/hr.
Duties:
Effectively and efficiently perform a variety of commonly performed tasks in a contract packaging operation, including but not limited to:

Assembly tasks with or without common hand tools and assembly equipment

Packaging tasks with or without packaging and filling equipment

Assorted tasks such as: lifting, sorting, weighing, collating, inspecting, cleaning, labeling, gluing, etc.

Assist supervisors in meeting quality standards, production quotas and deadlines.

Provide protective oversight of employees and report any employee behaviors, incidents and/or accidents to supervisor.

Maintain work area in a safe and organized manner

Follow all policies and procedures established by the organization

Perform other related duties as directed by the Production Manager
Qualifications:
Currently attending high school, high school diploma or G.E.D is required. Must be able to follow and retain directions. Good communication skills and attentiveness to details are necessary.
Experience:
No previous assembly or packaging experience required.
