My BCI: Meet Kyle

(March 12, 2025) Kyle Dougherty’s connection to BCI runs deep—his older brother, who lives with a disability, worked here, giving Kyle a unique perspective on the impact of doing “adult things” like work. For Kyle, the best part of his job is the smiles. He is continually amazed by the employees’ dedication and wishes everyone knew how capable they are. Most of all, he’s proud to be part of a team that offers opportunities to so many.
