Canister packaging offers enhanced protection and a clean, professional presentation, making it an excellent choice for solid, non-food products. We can fill containers manually or with automated equipment, depending on your volume and product type. After weight-based portioning, each canister is sealed, labeled using fully automated systems, and can be finished with optional tamper-evident (TEP) banding for added security.

Club packs are a convenient, retail-ready solution designed for direct-to-pallet product display. They are a popular choice for major warehouse retailers like Sam’s Club and Costco. Products are first arranged in an intermediate tray, stacked onto a pallet, and then secured with cornerboards and a protective cardboard lid. Once wrapped, the entire pallet becomes a sturdy, shippable unit that’s shelf-ready.

Fin sealing is a highly efficient and cost-effective barrier wrap solution, especially suited for high-volume production runs. This packaging method uses barrier film to fully enclose a flat or shaped product, forming crimped seals on each end and a continuous, fin-like seal along the back. Fin seals offer excellent protection, product integrity, and shelf appeal, making them ideal for a wide range of applications.

Using automated equipment, we custom-cut and shrink bands directly onto containers for a snug, professional fit. We also offer hand-applied shrink bands, perfect for bundling two items together, providing flexibility for a variety of packaging needs.

Steam shrink sleeving is the preferred choice for full-body packaging on contoured or uniquely shaped containers, offering unmatched precision and visual appeal. BCI Packaging’s Aesus™ steam shrink tunnel delivers consistent, distortion-free results that set the standard in contract packaging. Compared to dry heat methods, steam provides the gentlest, most even heat distribution, ideal for maintaining label integrity and clarity.

Shrink wrapping is a dependable, budget-friendly solution for protecting products or bundling them for retail.
