We are Boone Center, Inc. (BCI), and our mission is to inspire, develop, and support people with disabilities through a range of innovative employment opportunities. Our commitment to inclusion and empowerment drives us forward, requiring a dedicated and diverse team.
Through our organizational program, we employ and support approximately 250 individuals at BCI Packaging, a for-purpose contract packager of consumer-ready goods. Our competitive program helps people with disabilities find and sustain meaningful jobs in the community, working alongside non-disabled peers while earning equal pay, benefits, and opportunities. Additionally, our Skills Center partners with local businesses to create vocational training programs that lead to direct, competitive employment for students upon graduation.

Application Retention Policy
Applications for staff positions will be kept on file and considered active for 90 days. Applications for Organizational Employment from adults with disabilities will remain active on our applicant list for six months. If you have not been contacted within the applicable time frame and are still interested in employment, we encourage you to reapply.
