Tim Esposito
Chief Operations Officer

Tim leads multiple business segments including production, inventory, logistics and facilities maintenance. A 30+-year veteran of the manufacturing industry, he is a safety and lean manufacturing aficionado who enjoys improving efficiencies while eliminating waste. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt. He says being here to support the mission is a wonderful feeling.

Brian Corrigan
Chief Sales Officer

Brian is responsible for selling BCI’s packaging services and mission to companies of all kinds. He has worked in packaging sales and manufacturing since earning his bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics in 1982. His favorite part of the job (and his greatest motivation) is knowing that each new customer means new opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Eric Manlove
Operations Manager

Eric joined BCI in 2011 and manages all special projects. He also heads up the maintenance and cleaning crews and serves as the Safety Committee co-chair. With five different production and maintenance positions under his belt here at BCI, plus seven years in the U.S. Marine Corps before that, he is well-prepared to handle any challenge. Eric said the best thing about working at BCI is knowing he makes a difference in other people’s lives.

Billy McCarty
Logistics Manager

Billy McCarty joined BCI in 2016 as a Material Handler and advanced to Logistics Manager in 2024, excelling in roles such as Production Supervisor, Inventory Coordinator, and Warehouse Supervisor. His diverse career path equips him with a comprehensive understanding of both production and logistics operations. A passionate supporter of BCI’s mission, Billy has a personal connection to the cause, having grown up with siblings with disabilities and actively coaching and supporting Special Olympics in Warren County.

Jon Bowman
Materials Manager

Jon got to know BCI when he co-owned a subscription-based products business and sent us kitting work. In fact, he liked BCI so much, in 2013 he joined the team. Today, he identifies, schedules, and routes all material demands through purchasing and ensures processes are followed to properly ship and receive products and materials. He works closely with many different departments and still loves providing meaningful work to BCI employees.

Shawna Hammontree
Production Manager

Shawna is responsible for staffing, safety and efficiency at BCI Packaging in St. Peters. She has worked in the manufacturing field since 1997, joining BCI in 2011. Her favorite part of the job is seeing the excitement in an employee’s face after they learn a new skill. She takes pride in maintaining a safe workplace that many call home.

Tiffany Asher
Assistant Production Manager

When Tiffany learned about BCI’s mission, she quickly applied and was hired when our Lincoln County plant opened in 2011. She later transferred to St. Peters and was promoted to her current role in 2017. She is responsible for co-managing our supply chain platform, helping with reconciliations, supporting line set-ups, and ensuring we run to our full potential through targets and timing. She loves seeing the employees excited to be at work every day.

Michelle Stringer
Senior Business Manager

Michelle prepares all estimates, leads the account management team, approves production scheduling, and coordinates the flow of raw materials and finished goods. With experience in operations, logistics, and account management, she understands our entire process and is a critical support to the teams around her. She has been in contract packaging since 1989, joining BCI in 2013, and enjoys seeing everyone around her achieve success.

Patty Vehlewald
Quality Manager

Patty ensures our compliance with all formal standards and manages all internal and external quality audits. As a certified Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI), she bears the responsibility for the Food and Drug Administration’s Hazard Analysis and Risk-based Preventive Control (HARPC) rule. She joined BCI in 1993, first working in operations. The favorite part of her job is the mission; it is her constant inspiration and motivation.

Lauren Hankins
Product Manager

Hired in 2021 as an Account Manager, Lauren was promoted into the new role of Product Manager in 2022. She is responsible for supporting the needs of our largest customers while also overseeing outsource partners and assisting with production scheduling. Her purpose is to lend a hand wherever it is needed, and her goal is to make every connection an impactful one.

Monica Dierkes
Production Planner

Monica is passionate about BCI’s mission and works closely with customers to build lasting partnerships that create job opportunities for employees. With over 20 years of experience in procurement, including 10 years in customer service and production planning, she brings a wealth of knowledge and a positive attitude to her roles. Monica is dedicated to leadership, mentoring, scheduling, and assisting wherever needed, and looks forward to contributing to BCI’s growth.

Kathleen Easley
Production Planner

Kathleen is responsible for managing current packaging customers so well, they continue to send jobs to our talented team. With a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, she entered the account management field in 2020 and joined BCI in 2022. With prior experience in logistics and inside sales, she’s used to wearing many hats. But knowing her work helps give meaning and purpose to so many wonderful people, she says, is “beyond amazing.”
