Whitmoor Country Club, St. Charles

BCI’s annual golf tournament is held in memory of the late Jim Lang—a mentor, advocate, and true friend to all who knew him. Jim served on BCI’s Board of Directors for 10 years and was board president when he passed away suddenly in 2018. A servant leader and visionary, Jim’s commitment to BCI’s mission was both inspiring and deeply impactful.

Each year, we partner with Jim’s family and friends to co-host the Jim Lang Memorial Golf Tournament. This special event celebrates Jim’s legacy with a day of golf—one of his favorite pastimes—while raising support for the mission he cared about so deeply.

Sponsorships will be available, offering a meaningful way to support BCI’s mission to inspire and empower people with disabilities through innovative employment opportunities that encourage personal growth and development. Join us in making an impact while honoring Jim’s legacy.

This is a new date and location that will allow us to offer two courses and accommodate more golfers simultaneously.

“The thing I like most about BCI is that every employee is truly, fully engaged. They genuinely love each other; it’s just a loving environment. I’ve probably been in a couple of hundred plants over the years, and I’ve just never really seen anything quite like this.”

— Jim Lang

2025: Another Banner Year

We’re thrilled to share that 148 golfers joined our 2025 golf outing for another incredible day in support of our mission. Thanks to the generosity of our Title Sponsor, Slalom, and the dedication of our sponsors and volunteers, we raised over $110,000!

This event continues to play a crucial role in advancing our mission to inspire, develop, and support people with disabilities through innovative employment opportunities. We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who helped make this day such a success—we couldn’t do it without you!
